I am a seasoned engineer, business strategist, and educator with over four decades of cross-functional experience across diverse industries. My career has evolved from hands-on technical roles to executive leadership, culminating in my tenure as the CEO of a publicly listed company. Throughout this journey, I have navigated complex challenges, led teams through periods of transformation, and driven both operational excellence and strategic growth.
My career spans the full spectrum—from grassroots-level execution to strategic decision-making at the highest levels. In addition to leading businesses through transformative change, I’ve gained extensive experience in financial management, crisis navigation, and organizational development. I take pride in building resilient teams, fostering innovation, and delivering results that matter.
Over the past two decades, I have also devoted myself to academia and executive development. As a Professor of Strategy and Chief Mentor at leading MBA institutions, I have guided hundreds of aspiring leaders and professionals on their journeys. I am passionate about empowering individuals to make clearer decisions, lead with confidence, and think strategically.
In addition to my academic role, I engage in corporate training and leadership development, working with mid- and senior-level executives across industries to hone their leadership skills and enhance organizational performance.
